To qualify for a free MSD Club membership, you must create and maintain an Auto Reorder plan in good standing for six months with a minimum total order value of $350. If you cancel your Auto Reorder plan in less than six months or modify your plan so that your minimum total order value is less than $350, your MSD Club membership will be canceled.

MSD Club membership pays for itself!
MSD Club policies
- Membership in the MSD Club is open to individual consumers only.

- Membership in the MSD Club is non-transferable.
All MSD Club memberships are per person. To qualify for MSD discounts, membership orders must be placed by the named account member through their MSD Club account and shipped to the address on file for that member. Special situation address changes must be made by phone at the time of the order by the member (e.g., gifts, special delivery instructions, delivery to secondary address).
- MSD Club membership fees must be paid in full when joining the program.
MSD Club members then receive all MSD Club benefits for the 12 consecutive months after their program start date. Membership renewal is due 30 days prior to anniversary date; membership is cancelled if renewal is not completed within 30 days after anniversary date or any order placed during the membership period is not paid in full within 30 days of order receipt.
- MSD reserves the right to amend the MSD Club policies at any time.
The MSD Club policies that are in effect at the time of registration remain in effect for the duration of the annual membership. Violation of any of the MSD club policies or other MSD policies regulations may result in cancellation of your MSD Club program membership. The MSD Club membership fee is non-refundable and non- transferable.
Exclusions
- 5% discount applies to all orders EXCEPT mobility products, bath lifts, lift chairs, defibrillators, Invacare products, and Littmann stethoscopes. The 5% discount may be applied with other discounts or specials.
- One-time 10% discount off one order (after first order) during membership year applies to all products EXCEPT mobility products, bath lifts, lift chairs, defibrillators,
Invacare products, and Littmann stethoscopes. The 10% discount may not be applied with other discounts or specials, including the standard 5% membership discount.
- Pre-notice sales and specials benefits apply only to MSD Club member orders and may not be transferred.
- MSD Club sales and specials offered in the quarterly home health care update apply only to MSD Club member orders and may not be transferred.
